Coral graduated Centralia College in 1993 as a Registered Veterinary Technologist. Coral has worked in a variety of veterinary workplace settings across Canada and the UK.
Recently, she has been consulting veterinary workplaces, coaching teams about Psychological Health and Safety and speaking about Psychological Health and Safety to anyone who wants to love their workplace.
Coral attended the University of Manitoba and received a certificate in Quality Process Management. This skill, combined with her workplace advisor training, from the Canadian Mental Health Association offers workplaces a systems approach to psychological health and safety. As a Mental Health First Aider, she is trained to listen without judgement and facilitate help (if needed) for anyone who shares their time with her.
She has been working in the veterinary industry for more than two decades, first as a practising Registered Veterinary Technologist, then as a sales lead for veterinary food, medical supplies and equipment and as a business management consultant, helping veterinarians optimise their teams, workflow, and services.
She has always had a love for animals and grew up in central Ontario. Coral counts animals among her best friends. Today, she a proud professional living in Morden, Manitoba with her husband and 3 children.
She is fulfilling her life-long dream of living on a rural property with her three horses Starr, Tess, and Izzy.
